Comments about Solar Group Cedar Wrapped Mailbox (Cc-1r):
Yes, the slats are falling off now. It's time to replace it. But we didn't lose any slats until it was about 15 years old. Not bad at all for a [$] mailbox. It's unique look has always been helpful for people in finding our tucked away house ... we're the driveway across from the cedar-covered mailbox. No one's gotten lost yet!

Comments about Solar Group Cedar Wrapped Mailbox (Cc-1r):
The mail box does start to fall apart after about 4 years. But the design is great and we're getting another one to replace the one that is falling apart. For about [$] we don't mind replacing it once every 5 years! By the way, cedar is supposed to fade into a silver color in the sun, it is not a defect.

Comments about Solar Group Cedar Wrapped Mailbox (Cc-1r):
We are a condo complex with 52 cedar wrapped mailboxes. The cedar slats are warped and some are falling off the boxes after only 5 years of service. I am not sure where the builder purchased the boxes. [@] State College, PA. 16801
