I got 3 of my 4 unwanted squirrels when placed directly on top of their hole in my roof but Mommy squirrel proved to be way smarter than her litter and I was not able to catch her, once the kiddos where not in the hole she moved out near, do not know where but I can see her in my backyard at times. Leaving the trap with bait proved that squirrels know better and will not enter the long shaft/axis but rather steal from the side (very dissapointing) but once the litter was moved out, mom abandoned the hole.

I had several squirrels eating through my garbage cans/lids (yes, they were squirrels, not other animals) and making a mess of my yard with garbage. After constantly replacing several cans/lids I decided to take action and bought this trap. I placed broken pieces of bread outside the trap and leading the squirrels to the back of the trap were the trip plate is. I placed the trap between the two garbage cans that they were feeding from. So far I have caught a total of 5 squirrels in 4 days and have successfully relocated them 3 miles away from my home to a park. Remember when relocating these animals, be sure to drive in a zig zag pattern and not a straight run. I heard that if their relocating trip is a straight run, They may be able to find their way back to your home. So far its been 2 weeks and without any lids on my garbage cans (testing phase) I have not had any problems. This product was a great solution for my needs.

Great product, I thought I had 2 maybe 3 rabbits in my yard destroying my landscaping, and with this trap I've caught over 15 of the little pests. Worth every penny.
