Comments about KitchenAid(r) Hand Mixer (KHM512WH):

Can't cook without it! Makes baking an easy and quick process. The beaters eject nicely and the whole unit is designed with smooth lines which makes for easy cleaning--just wipe the mixer body with a damp rag when done. The speed control switch is showing some wear on my unit, but I use it everyday and have had it for 4 years. I make a lot of heavy cookie doughs and will turn the unit to various speeds several times during each use. This unit is out-performing and out-lasting all the other mixers I have had over the last 30 years.
