Chronic Problem....
As with some of the other reviews after about two years of use the housing cracked in 3 places and leaked. It surely cracked sooner but we didn't notice the leaks until recently. Probably ...Read complete review
As with some of the other reviews after about two years of use the housing cracked in 3 places and leaked. It surely cracked sooner but we didn't notice the leaks until recently. Probably not durable enough for the vibrations! Haven't a clue where my receipt went. But I can't prove anything happened before the warranty was up anyway. I'm usually a name brand buyer and went with ACE brand to save some money. I guess you DO get what you pay for!

Easy to install direct replacement for my In-sinkerator. Fair power and reasonably quiet, particularly at this price point. After just short of 2 years, I am fortunate enough that it failed on the last month of warranty-- it seems that the motor locked up. I will update with the quality of the warranty service as I am waiting for the in-house warranty repair.

Replaced a previous disposal that lasted over 7 years. This product installed easily where the old one came out. It runs quietly (for my tastes). The price was right and warranty looks to be very good. Good help at my local store (Jackson, Mn.) picking out the right unit.

I am replacing this unit with the same one. It has lasted me over 10 years and finally sprung a leak. I would not be replacing it with the same model if I did not think it was a good value. I don't think noise is a problem with this model. The 1/2 HP is plenty and it has never clogged up or bogged down on me. I have been very pleased.

I purchased this product about 3 years ago and it now doesn't start it just makes a humming sound. I called the 800 # and was told the warranty was only 2 years. So now I have to pay to have it fixed or buy a new one. The price is about the same everywhere so why ACE?
