We ordered this product online using the Ace Hardware website. The product never arrived at the designated store to save us shipping charges so store mgr allowed us to cancel order and pay more money to buy this unit. The store did not have this unit in inventory.
Also, our purchase price on the web order was credited back to us using our bank card but as of 1/27/2013 our account has not been credited.
The unit we purchased works well but the online order process leaves much to be desired along with the missing funds into our account.
We're not pleased with Ace Hardware at the moment. When we purchase, it's strictly cash and carry.

It was probably one of the hottest weeks of the year and the central air conditioner was not working. I stopped in the hardware store to buy a couple fans and this was on sale. I bought two for the bedrooms. Put it together in minutes. I does a great job. Almost didn't miss the air conditioner. The cord is a little short, but other than that it works well

This is a pretty good product. It is powerful and does a good job. My only issue is the color. Many people (like me)don't care for appliances that are a bright white. Perhaps I can paint it.

i needed to replace my old fan that was going bad . stop by ace hardware fond this fan for [$] dollars good buy easy to put together all you need is a cross blade screw driver to put bottom together the rest went together in mins.
