My husband and a friend installed this in our garage ceiling to allow attic access for storage. It took them about 3 hours from start to finish. The ladder seems very sturdy (my hubby is 230 lbs.) Great price, great quality construction. Good way to increase storage for those items that you don't need access to very often (Holiday decorations). Overall a great purchase.
