THESE WHITE CAPS GO ON AND OFF EASILY. THEY ARE GREAT TO USE WHEN YOU ARE STORING LIQUIDS IN THE REFRIGERATOR. ALSO FOR STORING GRAINS AND SUGAR IF YOU LIVE IN A HIGH MOISTURE AREA.

We do a lot of home canning and after opening a jar, I hate messing with the ring and seal every time so using these plastic lids is wonderful. After we open the jar the first time, the ring and seal get cleaned and put back in the canning supplies and we use these plastic lids to be able to open and close the jar until all the goodies are gone. Then they get cleaned and put with the canning supplies. Much much easier than messing with the seals...
