Comments about KST COATINGS Snow Roof Systems® Elasto Seal Undercoating Primer (ES-5):
I have had great results using this product to save my aging flat roof. Be sure to clean the roof first and use the polyester sheet if the roof is prone to cracking. The contouring tape is nice to trim around roof penetrations such as chimney or vent pipes and also to repair small splits. I applied two coats as per directions and then top coated with Snow Roof white top coat. The finished job has stayed rubbery and flexible. If new splits should appear down the road they can easily be patched with the same materials. My upstairs remains cooler in Summer with the white roof.
