This stuff, although expensive, is by far the best exterior caulking ever. It's extremely goopy and sticky to apply, but lasts forever and retains its elasticity unlike siliconized acrylic caulking which I find dries out and cracks way too easily. You will need a jug of paint thinner handy, because that's the only practical way to clean it up, either on surfaces or skin.

Does not crack or dry out. After it is applied, you do not need to worry about re-applying it several years later. However, look at the expiration date. Older tubes might have product that is difficult or impossible to push out of the nozzle. Placing product in sun light helps.
I prefer this product for exterior work over anything else I tried in the past 40 years. It also has a 50 year warrenty!!
