For some reason, our home has been a habitat of birds as far back as I can remember. We've always had a least one bird's nest on the residence. This one was perched right above the front door entrance and I was cleaning up bird poop every other day. The last straw was when they attacked my son when he was trying to retrieve some packages on the steps. I'm sure the birds were startled and just trying to defend the nest, however, one flew in the house and it took us 4 hours to catch him and get him out of the house. I knocked the nest down on a Monday and the birds were very busy trying to rebuild the nest with mud,twigs and grass throughout the week...amazing I thought. After the next few days of trying to disrupt the nest building process, I applied product over the archway of the door on Sunday, I would suggest using some throw away vinyl gloves to apply the adhesive-like product, its very stickly. The birds tried to return to rebuild the nest, however, they didn't like what he found and decided not to return. So the product works immediately. I had to apply the product to stone, so be aware that the stone will become a little discolored, not sure if this is temporary or not.

I don't have a bird problem, I have a raccoon problem. It stopped them from entering my home. I had issues with other small rodents and a variety of pests are no longer a problem.

I picked this up at my local Ace and used it to rid my house of a nasty sparrow infestation. They had spent years drilling into my stucco over foam window sills on the second story, breeding generation after generation of house sparrows (HOSP) at the expense of my home. After repeated attempts to seal things off, hose them off and trap them, it tried this. It worked great! I spread it on boards placed on the sills to avoid the mess and within days they were gone - discouraged, annoyed and sticky.

works great!! best thing ever to eliminate bird dropping around the patio or anywhere else. Simple to use and last a long time.We put it on 2 years ago and it is still working great.
