Installed easily. Feels soft. The problem and it is a big one I am thinking of returning it actually. I bought 2 of these, one for each bathroom. 1 week after install something spilled on the seat near the back and now there is this stain of unknown origin there are 3 adults and a 2 year old in this house. I can not remove it. I have tried everything except bleach. The prevous soft seat did not stain for 2 years ever I could always wipe anything off with normal bathroom cleaners. I am not too happy with this one

Initially, this toilet seat seemed like it was good quality. However, after less than 3 months of use, the seam has already split. I realize that padded toilet seats will split eventually. However, it should have lasted more than 3 months! Don't bother with this one.
