Comments about Campbell Hausfeld® Portable Air Compressor (FP 2090):
This compressor is not designed to be "heavy-duty". It is meant to be used by home-owners needing an occasional supply of compressed air. I use mine mainly to top off my tire pressure, air up balls and balloons, use an air stapler, etc. It does a very good job at those types of tasks. It is portable although not feather light. It does make quite a bit of noise, if you are standing nearby.
If you need a simple air compressor for occasional light-duty use, then this model will do a very good job for you. I would not suggest it for anything else, as it is simply not designed for heavy-duty use.

Comments about Campbell Hausfeld® Portable Air Compressor (FP 2090):
This incredibly noisy little compressor takes about 2 min to fill, then it mercifully shuts off. If you use it to dust off your workbench with a steady stream of air, it lasts about 30 seconds before the airflow dwindles down to near nothing and the compressor kicks on again. However, it shoots brads and nails with a lot of force, and those activities don't deplete the small tank very much. It does work and seems very well built, if you can live with the limitations.

Comments about Campbell Hausfeld® Portable Air Compressor (FP 2090):
I owned one of these compressors and I must say that it should ONLY be used for quick light duty projects. The compressor seemed to not do well when I used it for tasks that required higher volumes of compressed air. One should keep in mind that air tools usually advertise the cfm's that the tool uses and tools that require higher cfm's should not be used constantly with this model of compressor. Bicycle tires, sports equipment, the occasional car tire, low cfm tools like staple guns or brad nailers, ect. My compressor lasted only about 11 months before it was reduced to the spare parts drawer. Just my experience though, hope it helps.
