Comments about ACE HARDWARE Xtend & Climb® 12.5Ft Telescoping Aluminum Ladder (770P):
I love this ladder! I also own a Little Giant ladder but it is much heavier and not so easy for a female to use. As an extension ladder, this telescoping design is much lighter in weight and much easier to carry around outside and to let down-which is very important to me. I was reluctant to spend [$] for a second ladder but the old ladder was so difficult to control when it was fully extended. After a couple of uses to clean the gutters and to clean the mildew off the 2nd floor siding, I am very pleased with this purchase and I don't regret the expense. It takes up minimal storage space.

Comments about ACE HARDWARE Xtend & Climb® 12.5Ft Telescoping Aluminum Ladder (770P):
A home inspector for MSFH used this at my house and showed me all about it. Really like the feature that you only have to have a little bit of storage area to keep this, unlike the longer extension ladder. I am going to be getting me one today.

Comments about ACE HARDWARE Xtend & Climb® 12.5Ft Telescoping Aluminum Ladder (770P):
Owned mine for 4 years now. I purchased it when I was doing home and property inspections. I needed something that I could carry into a client's home without having to worry about hitting something and having to pay for what I broke.
I then got into roofing and exteriors and use it on all my estimates and light duty jobs.
