WE LOVE THIS COFFEE MAKER,WISH POT WAS A 12 CUP,BUT IT MAKES SO FAST,DOES NOT HURT THE PRODUCT REVIEW I HAVE RECOMMEND IT ALREADY TO 2 FRIENDS. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WE DID NOT GET THE DELIMING TOOL TO USE,I CHECKED AND RECHECKED THE BOX AND ALL PACKING,STILL DIDNT HAVE ONE,R WATER IS HARD HERE SO I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING SOMETHING TO HELP ME CLEAN AND KEEP IT CLEAN,BUT WE DO LOVE THE BUNN,THANK YOU SO MUCH.

This coffee maker is the best on the market. Makes a pot of coffee in 3 minutes and I mean 3 minutes. Easy cleaning of the water line to the carafe as it comes with it's own deliming tool. I've had mine close to 9 years and would buy another if it broke tomorrow. Has given years of service without a problem. I can't say that about some of the other brands I've had before. All places for lime to stick too is accessable for cleaning unlike some other brands I will not mention here. If you love someone Give them a Bunn... I did.
