It broke on the first usage. We wanted to replace our cruddy old inherited dollar store mop and thought this sounded great- the scrubby sponge and brush combo is a great idea since we had used a bottle scrubber to deep clean the floor. However, the first run out caused it to bend right under the squeezing mechanism with regular use. It was initially able to be bend back into shape but it quickly rebent and broke completely.

I`m a guy who just likes things that work. My old mop with a solid wooden handle by O Cedar worked for around 20 years and I never had a problem with it. It worked great! One day it didn`t work/fit right. I`ve tried everything to make it right again with no luck. Decided to buy a new one but keep my old mop just in case. Each new mop failed with the last one breaking in two when I tried to scrub a spot. Does O Cedar make a heavy duty mop anymore? I`d buy it in a second!

Great mop and easy to change replacement head. Just squeeze the arms and pull the old head out like the instructions show. We have two and the heads last longer than most other mops. Don't buy cheap replacement heads or you will be changing them every other week.

As mops go, it's about average. Cleans well, does what mops do. But when it's time to replace the mop head, watch out. It's nearly impossible. The replacement mop head is supposed to just slide into place, but it was losing battle. After 45 minutes and a broken fingernail, I said to hell with it and chucked it in the trash. On my next mop purchase, I made certain to make sure replacing the mop head was a snap. Way too much frustration for a [$] mop.

Great product. Easily lasts me 2 months with mopping almost 2-3 times a week with bleach and a zoo in the house. It's not so great in corners and leaves a lot of water on the floors so you have to be careful around wood furniture, but it's so much more efficient than cloth mops.
