Been using 3M Indoor Window Shrink Film for many years. It is the best kit out there. Included two-sided tape stays put and the plastic is good quality and crystal-clear.

To seal indoor windows air tight with no drafts apply in the late fall and take off in early spring. Follow the directions and the tape will hold tight, the film will pull taught and be very clear. This product works better than all the others I have tried at Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes etc.
The kit is far better than the competition. Buy it at ACE every year after trying the others. You will get excellent results.
