Received my first one as a gift years ago. Use it everyday, several times a day. Even though it is a great product, and I haven't found another one that is so easy to use and grinds so well, I'm on my 4th one in 5 years. They just don't hold up. I've tried others, but go back to this one every time. I have super-glued the handle, put a rubber band around it, but it still disintegrates after awhile. Right now, the salt side works, but pepper side has begun grinding bits of the plastic handle into the food along with the pepper. Time for another one!
