This advertisement is for a FTX-45 which has an adjustable warming plate. The maker they ship is an FTX-45-1 which does not have an adjustable warming plate. I am not a happy camper when an ad says one thing and the product is another thing.

And you do not get your money back if you return it to a store. You get a store credit minus shipping/handling. Buy this coffee maker and you will not have the money to buy what you want.

Use it every day, about 3 pot a day. Makes good coffe, nice options, realy like the maker except, have had two of them because thought first one was a lemon. Found out they all are. Broke lever that opens valve on bottom of basket, called and ordered two new ones for the two makers (at a price) one of those broke this week. Last about 6-12 months. Am now looking for something other than Mr. Coffee. Am 59 years old, have always had mr. coffee, but no more.
