While the item could definitely be made of thicker, more insulated material, it does the job and, despite previous reviews, covers not only the entire windshield of my husband's Jeep Rubicon, but can also be positioned to include coverage of the windshield wipers. Very easy to install as well!

I have been using this for 3 years now and I love it, My truck heats up faster on cold mornings even with the snow or ice on the outside of the cover. I am going to get them for all my kids and my hubby this year.
