My comments are about ACE-I've not even installed the attic stairs yet->I expect them to be fine/sturdy & durable. I ordered these on line on a Saturday and lo/behold they were ready to be picked up at my local ACE on Monday. Though the box was damaged it appears everything is ok (hope nothing dropped out?). The folks at my ACE store were just as helpful & friendly (Sean & Katie)-VERY pleased with the ACE on line experience thus far.

This is a well designed product. It is nice and heavy duty. You feel very stable using it. The instructions could be a little more clear as to framing. It shows several differnt framing pictures that make it confusing.
