I am a women over 60 and needed something that I could start easlily to do work around the yard. The first thing I used it for was to make a fresh cut on my christmas tree before I placed it in the stand. I look forward to using it all through my garden and yard. If it could make such a nice fresh cut on the christmas tree I now know I will be able to trim all the branches that I always need to trim in my trees and bushes. I love using this tool and I like the feeling of independence that it gives me.

the product is what I expected but the notice of its arrival at the store was confusing-you sent me the notice-I went to the store-they didnt have it yet-the way it reads is the store will call only if the store is not in the contiguous 48 states-wrong-the store only calls when received-wasted a trip you owe me gas money

I purchased our Alligator for my husband for Christmas, and we both fell in love with it. It is so easy to handle and use. No need to pull out our large chain saws for small to medium jobs. We purchased it when it first came out and it's still going strong. If we ever need to, we'll buy another.

I had a dozen over grown Yews with the base of about 5 to 6 inches that were pushing on an existing stone wall. The Lopper cot the base very easily - but it took patience. Then I took my hedge trimmer and used it as a trimmer to reduce the branches into a barrel for yard waste pick up.Next job was to cut out exposed roots - about 8 inches in diameter. Used the lopper to cut into the root in several places. Took a while but got the job done.Cut about 14 branches to shape my cheery tree with my cordless pole saw and then used the lopper to cut the branches into 3 to 4 foot lengths and the hedge trimmer to reduce the smaller branches into a barrell.A Silver spruce was cut down by professionals several years ago - however, the stump and the roots started to push up into the lawn. I dug around the stump, just three roots with the lopper and nothing. Dug down deeper and found three more roots even bigger. The lopper cut two clear through but the third needed some help with the Fiskers hand saw. The stump and roots were about three feet in length after final removal. The Lopper died [two years] - and now I orderd a new one. The rest of the story, I saved a huge amount of money. $150 to trim the cherry tree, $600 to remove the Yews. $100 for the stump. And hundreds helping neighbors with thier pruning etc. I'm on SS and can't afford O/S contractors - This was the best tool in my YARD TEAM of electric tools.

This is a great medium duty electric chainsaw. Safe and powerful enough to zip thru a 2x4. Best thing about it is you can cut when branches are on the ground without the tip digging into the ground - even works on the driveway! Can't wait to see a gas powered version. Excellent tool.

THIS PRODUCT LIVES UP TO IT'S NAME. IT WORKS GREAT AND FAST CLEARING UP BRANCHS FROM STORMS OR JUST PRUNING TREES. MUCH SAFER THAN A CHAIN SAW. I WISH THEY HAD THIS YEARS AGO, IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME A LOT OF TIME AND ACHING BACKS. THE ONLY DRAW BACK IS IT'S NOT CORDLESS, BUT I HAVE A SMALL PORTABLE GENERATOR THAT I PICKED UP FOR ABOUT $200 SO THAT'S NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME.
