Great for cooking "grillable only" meats in 10 minutes or so. Only thing I have noticed is on extremely thick chicken breasts, continuously spray canola oil cooking spray over the seasoning and meat to not burn the outside and cook the inside properly. Leaves a nice crispy crust as well. Burgers it does perfect. Haven't experimented on steak yet, but it should do well. Thaw all your meats first obviously.
