I use Scary Eyes on my rear deck. At first the birds perched and looked at Scary Eyes. The birds no longer use the deck. My deck has a wading pool the dog uses for drinking water. Prior to Scary Eyes birds used the wading pool as a bird bath and left behind a mess.
Scary Eyes is an ideal Halloween decoration.
