As others have stated, the yield is not 10 sq ft/bag, but more like 4-5 sq ft at 1" thickness. I bought 8 bags planning to cover 80 sq.ft. but only covered 40 sq ft at 1" and less in thickness.

I have used the rubberific rubbber mulch for the past three years. Like the product for the no insects, but coverage isn't what they claim. Also they claim the color last for years. Have not found this to be true. When I applied new mulch on the existing you can see the product (brown mulch) has faded

This is an awesome product, however people shop around. I found bags (that cover the same amount) as low as 7.97, 8.97. and for the 15 yr guarantee, 9.97

Good quality for my childrens playard, no bugs, lasts a long time and very soft for when they fall.
However these bags are deceiving. It says one bag covers 10 sq ft at one in, well I have 100 sq ft so I bought 12 just to be safe. 12 bags did not even cover 1/4 of my area, so I ended up wasting a lot of money on shipping when I could have had a 1/2 ton delivered in bulk for less.

I have been using Rubberific for a number of years, primarily for roses in my garden containers on my balcony and the rooftop of my apartment building. The rubber mulch does not attract insects, inhibits the spread of soil-borne diseases, and helps reduce the amount of watering needed during periods of extreme heat. It also protects against drought for a longer period than wood mulch, which rots. I use no other mulch on my container plants. It is very natural in appearance, a "plus" with me.

This mulch is the best. Spreads easily and looks like real shredded wood mulch. No insects; stays put. It is pricey, but well worth the additional cost!

We have a outdoor stage at a ammusment park that has a 96 cubic foot planter in the front of it, needless to say kids are always running up on it and actors sometimes go into it, we used to have to change the mulch once a month and in addition when it would rain the spashes would make the stage look dirty, With this we don't have any of those problems anymore well worth the investment, saves much money and trouble in the long run

I put this in my landscaping 5 years ago. I decided to create a new flower bed. When I brought the new bags home - there was no color difference! In Florida, we normally have to replace mulch 2 or 3 times a year. But not with Rubberific. Major differences between this product and the CHUNKS they sell at [...] and [...] - looks like regular mulch and does not SMELL like the chuncks do.
