I've had 4 Rubbermaid storage units for 3 years: the deck box, 2 Small storage cabinets and 1 Large storage cabinet. They are excellent units that are easy to assemble (I don't understand the commenter whose unit fell apart, but I bet it was an assembly error). They are lightweight, watertight, don't corrode or rust and few insects or spiders get inside. They all stay outside and never have a drop of water inside. One unit was in the shade for 2 yrs and became heavily mildewed on the outside, but looked like new after an easy washdown using a bathroom mildewcide, my car wash soap and soft scrubbrush. Fertilizer spilled on the inside easily washed out completely. The chemicals did not appear to affect the plastic at all. The only negative is that the wire shelves in the cabinets cannot take much weight and are very shallow. I overcame that by using one as a pattern and making 3/4" thick full depth shelves that fit securely by wedging a spacer at the rear. These units perform excellently for outdoor storage. I expect to give them to my grandchildren some day.

This is a great item for storing birdseed, watering cans, etc. on our front porch. I have only had the product for about 3 weeks, but it is performing exactly as I expected it to! I like the extra seating feature. We expect to store furniture cushions in it over the winter while still using it for birdseed, deer food, etc. Assembly was very simple. I assembled the item by myself in less than an hour. Overall we are very pleased with it.

Stay away from these storage cabinets,, I bought the one for 89.00 it said it was easy to put together,, yes I agree on that part,, but beware, it falls apart literary it falls apart, I open the lid it fell apart, the front panel falls down,, Dont sit on it,,, it is not aces fault, it is the poor idea that rubbermaid has.. they make a cheap cabinet for a expensive price,, I would not give 5 dollars for it,, this is what you call buyers beware.. any cabinet that snaps together it is probility junk,,

I left this out on our deck all winter with chair cushions in it. Nothing got wet and no bugs or critters in it. I'm going to buy a 2nd one for additional use.
