This product is way too small, 16" is not wide enough. This product is not heavy enough to penetrate most soil. I could not put enough weight (cinder blocks) on it to make it work adequately. The aeration spikes also need to be longer. In short, I had to return it because I was extremely displeased. This is a piece of junk.

Good one for aeratig small lawns and vegetable gardens. One time Aeration rental costs atleast $50. So this is worth ur money in just 2 uses. I have not seen a portable aerator in any orther store. Have used it and works good for my yard and vegetable garden.
