I applied with a manual carpet brush on area rugs, but would recommend renting a machine from ACE if cleaning full rooms.

High traffic area's and my childrens bedrooms are always a problem for me.
Wet carpet cleaners, even a 2k kirby would leave a residue, or even look worse 2 days after I got them cleaned.
Proffessional cleaners, 2 day later the carpet looked worse then before they were cleaned. Wet carpet attracts more dust and dirt.
Host carpet cleaner, cleaned my carpets, and made my house smell fantastic even 2 weeks later. Some spots had to be redone because of the enormous amounts of traffic those spots got.
Emergency spots, easy to clean by hand even. Sprinkle some on, rub it in 1 hour later vacum it up and its gone, carpet is dry, and your house smells great.
Carpet was relifted and soft again, Cat hair was GONE.
I am a 41 year old, married 13 years to an Infantry soldier in the Army whom is always away in other countries fighting. My home is important to us.. I wish I found host a long time ago.

This is so easy to use, my son who is 4 was helping me!! The box said it is non toxic and biodegradable. It cleans great and in less time than the wet ones I used to rent.
