Comments about Outland(r) 80 LB. Max. A/C Mounting Bracket (A/C-080):

Not really a good idea for apartment windows as it requires drilling into the exterior window sill, which in may cases is metal and, so, not an easy job. The landlord would probably not be amused either. I wish there were a way to anchor it onto the internal sill.
