I am not a very handy person but this product was very easy to assemble. I have to say the directions were superbly written and very easy to understand. Fortunately, I did not experience the issue the prior commentor had in building the cart.
The cart itself is well made and its sturdy construction will hold up easily in the elements. It makes my portable Q220 grill look a lot more substantial and is a nice alternative to the heavier & pricier Q300 grill. When My wife and I go camping and need the Q220 portable grill, we simply snap it out of the cart and are good to go. Like many Weber products, this stationary cart is Made in the USA!

Thanks to the clever and stable design of this cart, you can't tell that a Weber Q 220 is actually a portable grill - it looks just like a Weber Q 320 only smaller. The cart is very stable and well made, no risk of it tipping over. I highly recommend this cart to anyone who uses their portable Weber Q at home often.
I would give the cart 5 stars, but one minor design issue slowed me down during assembly. Although almost every piece of the cart is symmetrical, one small design issue means the cart can only be assembled with the wheels on the right side. If you really need the wheels to be on the left side (as I did), you'll need to wing it and drill a couple of small holes in order to fasten on the Weber Q logo piece that hides the propane tank.
