Good simple utility knife, purchased to replace standard utility knife, much happier since it fits either in or clips to a tool pouch or pocket. Mine has had hard usage and has held up better than my sliding blade utility knives, in other words, I haven't broken it yet where as I typically go through a knife or two each year.
