Thank you for having replacement parts for my Smokey Joe! I could not find parts anywhere else on the Web. These grills will cook up a storm and having a spare (tucked away to save space) will out perform any big grill in a fraction of the space.
One issue with online ordering - I received an email saying my product was shipped. What I really need is an email saying my product has been delivered and is ready for pickup.
