We used this product seven years ago when we installed our ceramic flooring in our bathroom. We decided that there were some areas of the grout that needed to be clean so we used Mr. Clean Erasers for the bathroom to clean the entire grout lines in the ceramic flooring and after the grout dried we reapplied the grout sealer. This is by far the easiest product to use. We've used grout sealers that you had to brush on the grout and had to be carefull not to get the sealer on the tile etc.
You don't have to worry about where you spray this product whether its or the grout lines or tile. Terrifc product!!

Definitely pricey for it's performance. It boasts a 15yr penetration and may need to be reapplied 2-3 yrs. Yea...try it stopped working about the 3rd day after 2 showers/day (20 min avg time). The grout was new, clean, fully cured. It was sprayed as directed and actually I put 2 if not 3 coats. It beaded fine the first 2 days and after, water began to linger or soak into the grout. The only plus so far, was the fact that it was easy to apply....just spray over the lines and let dry. Quick wipe of the tiles after it dries for cleanup. I emailed the company - waiting for a reply.
