Mine works great had no problem with it had it for 4 months now no leaks at all.I see all the reviews on here saying it leaks or it cracked you got to remember it's made out of plastic so if you hang on it( It will break )I bet these people got kids and if you do it's broke kids will break.

After a couple months cracks developed in the housing of the Pur faucet mount filter. The 2nd replacement developed cracks in different areas. The 3rd replacement was more expensive; it leaked and the lights quit working. The 4th unit was again more expensive and chrome color; it leaked and the on/off switch broke off in my hand (flimsy plastic). The 5th unit, a white vertical mount, allowed hot water into the filter chamber (damaging filter), leaked unfiltered water into sink when the unit was "on" and should have diverted all water into the filter, AND created problems with our sink which required a plumber's fix. Customer service at Pur (Proctor & Gamble) was unresponsive. Upon (belated) web search I find many complaints online.
