I read the prior review and thought I'd give this gizmo a try, and it worked! I didn't have to tape which saved time. I was very glad dto take the advice of the prior reviewer and not to dip this directly into the paint. I was so glad that I used a paint brush to apply the paint onto this trimmer. I would recommend this to others.

This saved me so much time I couldn't believe it. I have 10ft ceilings and a ton of wall space. I was frustrated about not getting an even line on my ceilings and baseboards. No more tape either! I spent a fortune on that painters tape when this little [$] tool saved me so much money and time. Suggestion...Don't dip the applicator in paint directly it gets on the rollers and makes a mess. Just apply the paint to the pad with a paint brush and it goes on perfectly. Great coverage. I didn't reuse the pads I just got new ones since we were doing a huge area. The corner edger works just as great!
