Use this drill for all types of drilling other than concrete.
Smaller and more powerful than most brands of same voltage.
Chuck will slip some under very heavy load.

I have a small ranch and use this drill for everything and use it hard. I did replace the chuck w/ a keyed model as large bits will slip (1.5" woodbore bit). A 2nd removeable handle would be nice as this drill has that much power. Extremely durable!! Survived a 20' fall from a barn roof with small crack in housing, that was 2 years ago and still running hard. Had competitors drills and had to replace yearly. Very pleased!! Grat product
