These chips add great flavor to everything you put on the grill! I've been buying them for years at my local Kroger, but they have discontinued selling them. I am sooooo glad to see that ACE carries them.

Soak the chips for a few minutes then add handful while grilling w/ coals. Adds nice Jack Daniel's flavor and aroma to food (Steaks!). ENJOY

Normally, any type of American oak would impart too strong a flavor due to the harsh oils present in oak, but after being used as a whiskey aging barrel, most of the harsh oils have been leached out into your favorite bottle of Old No. 7 leaving a much milder smoke flavor. I've used it obtaining great results with poultry, beef, and pork. Has a unique flavor, that is hard to pin down.

I have used these for years but they're very hard to find. I've been buying them online for awhile now but well worth the hassle. Gives a fantastic flavor to whatever you might be grilling up.
