I have this prouduct since 3years. Works great even now. I never had any issue as such with the controller. But misses many features which you feel are needed over the period of time. Such as.
Water Now (All zones) - It does not have. We need to manually go select the zone and then click water now. So if you have 9 zones you need to visit the controller 9 times once that zone is complete.
Cannot program twice a day [as per my schedule] like 4AM 6 PM. This has feature twice a day or thrice a day but the timings are preset to 4hrs and 8hrs. Cannot Change this feature.
poor Wall hanging design.
The first two you really feel it is needed over the period of time. I am from Midwest (MO), gets really hot during summer.
Try Rainbird ESP modular series for another 20 or 30$ more, you will have a better control

It's like it says on the box. You don't need instructions to operate it. If you can push a button you are set. Easy to operate and doesn't need a 9v battery for power outage. That's the best part. I will buy this product again when I need another one for my business.
