Comments about Cobra 3/4in W x 1/16in D x 50ft L Flat Steel Sewer Rod (60500):
This Cobra 3/4 inch is an easy tool to use but it does require a little effort. Remember this a manual tool so having a helper to feed you the line will make the job easier. For sewer line, get the 3/4 inch as its rigidity will make it easier to ram the debris/waste that clogging the line.
It's best to uncoil the entire sewer rod and from the clean-out feed the rod into the line 4-6 inches at a time. Once you encounter the blockage, ram it back and forth until the debris clears. Clean and oil the rod once you finish. And, wear leather gloves and safety glasses.
This tool saved me time, money, and frustration. It's must tool to have as line clog up on Sunday nights at a cost of $300 from you friendly plumbler. This tool is the best thing next to an ATM. Buy it.
