Comments about POWERGLIDE Power Glide 1/2inch Hammer Drill:
Nice drill for the price. Used it to drill into brick to hang decorations, wore out one bit and the drill was still going strong. Good power, just don't let it get hot and it'll last. My only complaint is that I had it shipped-to-store and they'd unboxed it as they claimed they had no info on the purchase and assumed it was for inventory. As a result they'd misplaced the depth gauge, but that has nothing to do with the drill/operation

The drill just stopped drilling halfway through the first hole in a concrete block. This is one of those times when i skimped for a one off project and it wasn't worth it.

Comments about POWERGLIDE Power Glide 1/2inch Hammer Drill:
I was putting up framing for pegboard and some shelving on the cinder block in my basement. I had initally been advised I could use a regular drill with the masonry drill bit. Yeah, that doesn't work. Since this was most likley a one off project, I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This drill got the job done. The screws went in pretty easily and the project is done. Can't speak to how long it will last but so far is working great for me.

- Handle grip is useless

Used this to drill holes into ceramic flooring to tap in my tack strip. No problems!
Not a professional grade brand, but did the job I needed it for.
