I really like the digital station tuning and saving my favorite stations in memory. Overall I rate the headphones as very good. I have only one complaint. My favorite sports talk station WFAN frequency 610 Charlotte NC has a lot of background static making it almost unlistenable. I bought my new headphones to replace my old analog type. My old headphones developed a delayed response when turned on...usually five to ten minutes before operating. But the listening quality was excellent on the WFAN 610 station. I would welcome any suggestion you could provide to correct this problem

I like to listen to the radio (sometimes talk radio) while I'm wood working and got tired of missing what is being said when I use power tools so this is an awesome solution. Not to mention, I get more of the stations that I like since my other radio didn't come in very good. I love that I can hook up my Ipod too. It also makes mowing seem a little less of a chore. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who works with power tools and does a lot of mowing

i use an industrial lawn mower for work and the hearing protection this provides is great, the radio works excellent, it has cut out a few times but to me thats a given with any of these types of radio earmuffs.i havent had a chance to use the auxillary for my mp3 player but i fugure it will work just as fine as the radio has. wearing for a long period of time tends to hurt around the ears. with the 1 or 2 minimal things that i see could be a little better i am still giving it 5 stars, for the price i believe these are a great deal.

Have owned this hearing protector radio for over a year. I do the mowing, takes around 4 hours with a 61" cut to finish our yard & adjoining areas. This is by far the best set of this kind that I've ever tried. Completely seals out noise of mower engine & powerful FM radio picks up stations clearly, & we live in a very rural area. My husband used it last week when he was bush-hogging on his tractor. Am now getting ready to order him his own set. Love working outside, & this unit makes work fun from music to sports. Highly recommend, the construction is very sturdy.

I mow 4 acres of lawn with a green and yellow 61" mower. I have been looking and trying for years' to find headphones that work, I just wanted something simple with out wires and such to hook up. While in Laurich ACE Hardware, Chambersburg, PA, I found these headphones and was told before I purchase to go to the ACE web site and reference the headphones for reviews, and I did just that! Based on the those reviews and the tech information I purchased them! Well I am very impressed, they really block out the tractor noise, I even hit a large stone and could not hear it, and the FM receiver reaches out to bring in distant channels, and they come in sweet and clear! Now my life is stress free,just because the wife, who does the mowing, now is happy with her "headphones that work"!!

Bought these to hook up my ipod to do the yardwork. Awesome. Can't say enough. Took them to a Drag Race where they were running top fuel and they were doin announcing on an fm station. tuned in and could here all of conversation as the loudest possible top fuel dragsters went down the track. Dad loved them so much I had to return his father's day gift to order a second set. Once you've used these for yardwork, you will never be able to live without them.

I purchased a set for my husband to wear when mowing our 6 acre field. My son took over the mowing and the headphones. He now uses them so much that I had to buy a second set!
