Comments about ACE HARDWARE Ace® Back-Up Pad:
I have to give this a 4 or less because the package comes with one more part than the assembly instruction illustration includes. The extra part is a locking washer. I came to the website to see if an updated version of the assembly instructions could be found here. There are no assembly instructions here AND the only photo here is for the wrong product (the photo shows Item 20707, the 6" pad, whereas it should show Item 23238, the 5" pad). Not good. I added the locking washer between the regular washer and the end piece that goes into a drill. Despite all of these issues, the pad works fine.
