Comments about Audubon® Ranch Bird Feeder with Suet Holder (NARANCH3):
I ordered this Audubon Bird Feeder for it's hinged roof feature, which would have made it easier for my 82 year old Mom to refill with bird seed. We ordered and sent it as a Christmas gift. But the bird feeder she received was a different one that the roof has to be slid up the support lines in order to fill. The replacement bird feeder seems to be a nice one, but lacks the special feature of the Audubon, which I specifically ordered. There was no explanation with the replacement one as to why it was sent instead. So I contacted the Customer Service Center, and finally they replied as follows:
Unfortunately, item number 3207568 has been discontinued and replaced with item number 8231797. Item number 3207568 is no longer available at our warehouse to send you.
We apologize for every inconvenience.
I still would like to obtain the Audubon Ranch Bird Feeder, should it become available, and be able to exchange this one for it.
