The Blumz sink strainer is very pretty and does the job of keeping things out of the garbage disposal. My only concern is that it is a stiff, brittle plastic that does not lay flat over the opening. When I bought it on line, I thought it was a more rubbery plastic that conformed to the drain opening. I have not had any problem with it breaking as of yet, but I am very careful not to put anything on it in the sink that is heavy. It would be better if it lay flatter over the drain opening.

Every sink with a garbage disposal should have one of these. They look pretty and prevent accidental stuff from falling into the disposal. I am buying for friends and family, since so many people have asked me where I got the one I have.
