Bought this last year and had to hang it in direct sun because of no shady area. Eventually the red plastic flower faded but I repainted the outer "petals" with red nail polish. The hummingbird couple love it. I saw the adult teaching its young how to feed from it. I did not have to refill it all summer and NO weekly cleaning needed. Even in 100 degree heat, the birds went to the pouch. I would buy this again and again. Just bought one for my daughter.

all you do is fill with water. You dont have to change the nectar. I used this product last year and the humming birds came to it like crazy. I put three out in different areas in the back yard and did not replace the nectar all season. It was great!!
