Before buying this unit, I tried hose reels from two different manufacturers. One was supposed to swivel, but broke off its post. The other was supposed to accommodate the length of my hose but it was a struggle to pull out and rewind the hose. This unit is easy to install and very easy to use. It's easy to pull out the hose for use, and easy to rewind it. Very smooth operation. And the swivel feature makes it easy to reach all the locations in my yard. Highly recommend.

The hose supplied to connect this to the water supply is a joke. It was kinked and the connectors were so loose they were ready to come off. And of course sprayed water. The connection on the side of the unit also leaked. I used new rubber washers and thread seal tape - with a new hose- but couldn't get it to stop leaking. Sure looked nice tho.

This is one of the better hose reels I've ever purchased. The hose track guide works well, unlike other models, increasing ease of cranking the hose back onto the reel efficiently and with much less effort. The swivel is an added plus, making it easier to orient the reel in the direction needed, rather than having to pick up the entire box and adjust it. Highly recommended.
