I had no problems with this shower. I agree with the pro plumber's review. That pic of the "wrong" drain makes no sense. This shower looked so good along with the jacuzzi and pedistal sink we installed in our remodel that we were able to sell our house in this down market to a high end builder.

I would never buy this shower again. It was for the basement bathroom. It is cheap and flimsy. If you drop anything hard in it, it will go right through the pan. It is nearly impossible to seal properly, I have caulked everything and it still leaks. The plastic pieces that hold the door in place just broke to pieces, so now it has no door. Ugh.

Looks like you installed it wrong. I had no problems with the drain or anything else. maybe you should gripe at your plumber instead of giving a bad review on a great shower kit.
