Got this to use in an office environment for moving boxes around. The parts that came with this item went together easily and without trouble. The only complaint I have is that one of the wheels is warped - poor quality control. While this won't hurt the overall functionality of it because we'll only be moving lighter things, I can imagine it being a problem if you try to move something heavy.
