Comments about Apex® 700lb Capacity Deluxe Appliance Hand Truck (TC2187):
This is a very heavy hand truck. The strap system is missing the adjustment thumb screw as per instructions that came with the hand truck. The stair climber system will not roll. The belt is very stiff and the cheap plastic rollers will not turn. The belt just slides on the stairs and will leave a scuff mark on most surfaces.
