This has worked flawlessly for about 6 years now. Installed in the mountains of Colorado at 9000 feet. No problems. HArdly ever have to change the battery. (Though it isn't activated often.)

Easily installed and works fine. Only wish that the Ace Hardware that took the delivery had called me when the thing arrived instead of waiting til I called them.
