Comments about Foremost Industries Columbia 24in Assembled Vanity and Top Combo in White:
I purchased this exact item from Ace for a guest bathroom I was re-doing.
The major downside is the side panel that will be closest to the commode is not very sturdy. The manufacturer does not recommend installing a toilet paper holder because there is nothing remotely close to screw the holder into on the interior of the vanity. What's more, the manufacturer said that the wood particle, or whatever it is could be damaged by trying to make screw holes. I'm not a fan of the toilet paper "stands," but that is what I am left with.
I also had to have a plumber move the copper pipes over because the drawers couldn't fully close. But that is not a flaw with the vanity, as much as something to take note of if you buy this vanity with the drawer option.
